The Website is provided by Visions Global Empowerment, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“we” or “Visions”) for the personal use, information, education and communication of our users (“you”). By accessing any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Website.

Visions provides free information and resources to you concerning the charitable and educational purpose of Visions. Visions uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Website. Visions Global Empowerment, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“we” or “Visions”), protects the privacy of its visitors (“you”) to its websites, http://www.visionseducation.blogspot.com (the “Blog”) and www.visionsforthefuture.org (together with the “Blog”, the “Website”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) is in place to protect your Personal Information (as defined below), and describes Visions’ practices regarding the Personal Information collected through the Website. By accessing any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy, and agree that Visions may collect, use and disclose certain Personal Information in accordance with this Policy and as permitted or required by law. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy do not visit the Website and do not provide us with any Personal Information.

Visions only collects Personal Information to the extent necessary to provide you with the Website’s information and other services. “Personal Information” means any information, recorded in any form, about an identified individual, or an individual whose identity may be inferred from the information. In order to submit a comment on the Blog, you will be directed to www.blogger.com (the “Blog Website”) and required to sign up for an account by submitting certain Personal Information. By providing such Personal Information you will be able to post your comment on the Blog. When you make an online donation to Visions you will be re-directed to www.paypal.com (“Paypal Website”) which will require you to submit certain Personal Information to complete your donation. Please carefully review the privacy policy for the Blog Website and the Paypal Website for information on the Blog Website’s and the Paypal Website’s policy concerning your Personal Information collected in connection with the donation webpage as this Policy does not control the Blog Website or the Paypal Website. When you mail a donation to Visions via the procedure posted on the Website, certain Personal Information will be collected from you in connection with your donation, including but not limited to, your name, address, and any Personal Information included on your bank checks or other form of payment.

Information Visions DOES NOT Collect
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY, At no time will VISIONS request your credit card information, Social Secuirty NUmber, national identification numbers, or any other form of personal information in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. Certain financial information will only be requested through the donation webpage. Visions is concerned with identity theft and the practice known as “phishing,”so please safeguard your Personal Information to help protect you from identity theft.

Protecting Your Personal Information
Visions takes precautions to ensure that Personal Information is kept private, and to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your Personal Information. Please note however that we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information. We assume no liability for the loss of any Personal Information or any damage that may result from the loss of such information that you transmit to us via the Website.
